Privacy Policy

This page explains what is collected when you visit ozanandac.com, why, and what happens to it. The site is a personal portfolio: there are no accounts, no shop and no advertising.

In short

• Simply browsing the site writes nothing to your device.
• Visit statistics are kept without cookies, and your IP address is never stored.
• No Google Analytics, advertising pixel or any other third-party tracker is used.
• Personal data is collected only when you fill in the contact form.

The contact form

When you send the form, these are recorded: your name, your email address, the subject, your message, the IP address you sent it from, and the time you sent it. The IP address is kept for one reason only — to tell automated submissions apart from real ones.

This information is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared with anyone and never sold.

Messages are kept in the site's management panel and stay there until you ask for them to be removed.

Visit statistics

A simple counter records which pages are read. What it stores: the address of the page viewed, the domain name of the site that sent you here (the domain only, not the full address), the type of device, the name of the browser and operating system, and a country code where one is available.

To tell one visitor from another, your IP address and browser details are combined with a server key and today's date and turned into an irreversible digest. That digest changes every day, your raw IP address is written nowhere, and nothing is left on your device. Following you from one day to the next is therefore not possible, by design rather than by promise.

Cookies

The site sets no cookie while you are simply reading it. The one cookie that can exist remembers the choice you make in the cookie notice. The details are in the Cookie Policy.

Who else sees your data

Nobody. Your data is not passed to any analytics, advertising or marketing service, because the site uses none. It rests on the servers where the site is hosted, and nowhere else.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to ozzy@ozanandac.com and it will be handled.

If you are in Türkiye, the KVKK information notice sets out the same rights in the form that Turkish law asks for.

Changes

Every published version of this text is kept with the date it took effect, so what it said when you read it can always be shown.
