KVKK Information Notice

This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It is the same substance as the Privacy Policy, set out in the order the law asks for.

1. Who the data controller is

2. What personal data is processed

Identity and contact: the name and email address you type into the contact form.

Transaction details: the subject and body of your message, the time it was sent, and the IP address it was sent from.

Browsing the site without using the form processes no personal data: visit statistics store no IP address and set no cookie, and the visitor digest they use is irreversible and changes daily.

3. Why it is processed

To read your message and reply to it, and to distinguish automated submissions from real ones. For nothing else — no profiling, no marketing, no automated decision-making.

4. On what legal ground

Under Article 5/2-(f) of the law: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided the fundamental rights of the person are not harmed. You began the correspondence yourself and the data is used only to answer it.

5. How it is collected

Electronically, through the contact form on this website, from you directly.

6. Who it is transferred to

Nobody. Your data is not transferred to third parties, to anyone abroad, or to any analytics, advertising or marketing service — the site uses none. It is held on the servers where the site is hosted, for the sole purpose of running the site.

7. How long it is kept

Messages are kept as long as the correspondence may still be relevant, and are deleted when you ask for them to be deleted.

8. Your rights under Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad; to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected; to request its erasure or destruction; to have those corrections notified to third parties the data was transferred to; to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to exercise them

Write to ozzy@ozanandac.com from the email address you used, describing your request. You will receive an answer at the latest within thirty days, free of charge.
